We accept MasterCard or Visa payments through eWay or PayPal. Payment via EFT can be made if you have an existing PayPal account.




Alternately, make 4 equal instalments for your purchase with AfterPay.





Parcels are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with the exception of Western Australian public holidays. 

Items purchased will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving full payment.

Shipping within Australia

Orders over $100 are free to ship within Australia. All other Australian orders are set at a flat rate of $7.20.

Shipping within Australia is estimated to take 3-10 business days.

All parcels posted to Australian addresses will have an Australian Post tracking ID that enables you to check on your shipping status. You will be emailed this tracking ID once your item has been shipped.

Australia Post may safe drop your parcel if they believe there is a safe location to leave the parcel. If they do not believe there is a safe place to leave your parcel they will leave a collection card nominating a local post office where your parcel will need to be collected from. 

Please place 'Signature on delivery required' in your order comments if you require to someone to sign on receipt of the parcel.

Free shipping is available to customers with orders over AU$100 in Australia only.

Shipping outside of Australia

Products are shipped to most countries using Australia Post Standard International Post. Shipping rates are and calculated at checkout. Australia Post postage calculator http://auspost.com.au/apps/postage-calculator.html

A detailed description of the contents and value is required by customs when packages are sent overseas. This will be declared on the package. 

Freedom Products will not be held liable for the cost of any additional customs, duties or taxes on your parcels arrival. Please check with your local postal system if any of these will be payable on your goods prior to placing your order.

We can not ship to some countries due to legal restrictions.

Delivery to a business address

Please ensure you mark your business name on the parcel if you are having it delivered to a commercial address.


Freedom Products endeavors to meet stated delivery dates; however; shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Discreet packaging

All packaging to destinations within Australia is discreet so you can have it delivered to your workplace or share accommodation.

If your parcel is being delivered to a country other than Australia, a declaration is required for customs purposes. By law, we are required to declare the contents of the package on this form.



Should items not be in stock at the time the order is placed, or in the event that Freedom Products is unable to deliver the items within the specified timeframe, Freedom Products will contact the customer to advise them of the situation and the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree to a later delivery date.



The customer should inspect the items immediately upon receipt and notify Freedom Products within 28 days of delivery if the items are damaged or defective. This includes faulty workmanship or materials but does not include cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

If a claim of damage or defect is made, the customer will be asked to return the items by mail to Freedom Products and the customer will be entitled to a replacement item or a full refund, including the cost of postage. Pre-authorisation for returns is required by emailing us

On return of the item, please display the Freedom Products order number, on or in the package.

Customers can expect to receive a refund within four weeks of returning the package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive returns (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Freedom Products to process the customer’s return once received (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes the customer’s bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Should items returned by the customer, be found to be damaged due to the customers’ fault, the customer will be liable for rectifying the cost of the damage.



The customer is entitled to one exchange if the incorrect model has been ordered and the packaging remains unopened with the tamper-evident seal intact. Pre-authorisation for exchanges is required by emailing us. Exchanges can not be given to customers if the tamper-evident seal on the packaging has been broken as the integridy of the goods may be compromised.



Freedom Products warrants that the Goods will correspond to the description given by Freedom Products at the time of delivery.

Freedom Products guarantees all items against faulty workmanship for a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
