On checkout you will be provided with the BSB and Account numbers to make a electronic funds transfer/payment from your bank to ours.
 


 

 

 

SHIPPING

Products are shipped to all countries except USA and Canada.

Items purchased will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving full payment.

Shipping rates and times are estimated by the carrier chosen and are based on the total weight and shipping method. These are and calculated at checkout. 

Current shipping rates for the postage of one menstrual cup with the weight of 90g using Australia Post are as follows;

Please make arrangements to take delivery of the items purchased.

For product delivery within Australia: If you are unavailable at the address provided and you do not wish for your parcel to be left for you, please leave instructions in the ‘Order instructions/Comments’ section of the checkout page stating, “Do not safe drop”. In this instance, a card parcel will be left for you with notification that your parcel is available at your nearest Australia Post outlet. This is advisable for parcels being delivered to apartment blocks or similar. 

Freedom Products endeavours to meet stated delivery dates; however; shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Stock

Should items not be in stock at the time the order is placed, or in the event that Freedom Products is unable to deliver the items within the time specified timeframe, Freedom Products will contact the customer to advise them of the situation and the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree to a later delivery date.

 

WARRANTY

Freedom Products warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by Freedom Products.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Faulty or damaged goods

The customer should inspect the items immediately upon receipt and notify Freedom Products within 28 days of delivery if the items are damaged or defective.

If a claim of damage or defect is made, the customer will be asked to return the items by mail to Freedom Products and the customer will be entitled to a replacement item or a full refund, including the cost of postage.

Items returned must display the Freedom Products order number, on or in the package.

Customers can expect to receive a refund within four weeks of returning the package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive returns (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Freedom Products to process the customer’s return once received (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes the customer’s bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Should you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Freedom Products will notify you via e-mail of your refund once received and processed.

Should items returned by the customer, be found to be damaged due to the customers’ fault, the customer will be liable for rectifying the cost of the damage.

Exchange

The customer is entitled to one exchange if the incorrect model has been ordered and the packaging remains unopened with the tamper-evident seal intact. The incorrect model should be returned to Freedom Products with the Freedom Products order number at the customer’s expense and a new model will be sent to the customer.

 

GUARANTEE

Freedom Products guarantees all items against faulty workmanship for a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
