Easier cycles with JuJu

Hi, Just want to let you know how much I love my Juju cup It took a couple of cycles to get the correct technique with my cup. Now my moon cycles are so much easier, wish I knew about it sooner, and no waste, love it!!! Thanks for making such a wonderful product. Kind regards Linda

It will change your life!

I have recently purchased the size 2 cup after having had a baby a year ago. I was previously using a size 1 but I noticed some changes postpartum and much heavier bleeding (leading to leakages) so I decided to purchase the bigger size. Problem fixed - I have a super heavy flow now and this cup is a life saver - I can't imagine how many tampons or pads I'd have to go through if I wasn't using the cup (terrible for the environment not to mention the hip pocket). So I'm a happy customer. It's very daunting trying a cup for the first time, but after a few goes, it becomes the norm and you'll love it, so give it a go!!

Love it!

I have used a Juju cup for 2 cycles now and absolutely love it. My first purchase I didnt realise there were different sizes and I bought the wrong fit - it was really really difficult to remove. Once I got the second one & had my correct fit - life changer!! I also love that you get a sense of how heavy/light, colour, thickness, smell (Gross- I know but its a good indicator of healthy vjay-jay) and clots, etc which can be important in early detection of health issues.

So mad. Why?! Because I didnt even know the menstrual cup existed for 12 years of my menstruating life!!!! As a heavy bleeder, using pads alone was never a great option,. Apart from being uncomfortable, I just never liked the feeling of sitting in my period blood, so I resorted to using tampons which often leaked and were also uncomfortable. After reading a really bizarre article that suggested Indonesian youths were boiling up new and used menstrual products and then consuming the broth for its effects, I did some more research on tampons. I had never thought about what's in them even though I had been using them for so long. I was surprised to learn that in Australia tampons are considered medical devices and companied dont even have to tell you what you are putting inside your body. I quickly came to the realisation that they werent something I wanted to continue to use on a regular basis. While researching, I stumbled upon a post about menstrual cups, and I was immediately intrigued. I started watching youtube cup reviews and read a lot of information on cups. It was interesting to see so many people excited about using their cups and going out of their way to tell others how a cup changed their lives. And wow, do I understand why now!!! Yes, there is a bit of a learning curve in relation to insertion and removal of the cup, so it is kind of like getting your period for the first time all over again, but, I feel so incredibly liberated from my periods now and I am so glad I gave the Juju cup a shot! I cut the stem off for comfort but find the cup really easy to insert using the punch down fold or 7 fold and its also easy to make sure its open, comfortable and has suction. On my heavy days I definitely cant use the cup for 8 hours, but I am able to wear it for wayyyy longer than a tampon. Surprisingly, the removal of the cup is incredibly easy thanks to the grippies on the bottom of the Juju cup and I find it less messy and less painful than removing a saturated super tampon. I love that I can remove clean and reinsert the cup mostly in the comfort of my own home. Part of the temptation of this product for me was making less of an impact on the environment and landfill etc, and also saving money over time from buying menstrual products. These are both really great selling points, but I think the MAIN THING that I LOVE about the cup is how healthy and happy my vagina is(compared to when I use tampons). Sorry for the long review, I just feel so positively about this cup and cups in general and I hope that anyone who is interested in a menstrual cup can give it a go. I should also mention that I was really impressed at how fast Juju sent my cup to me and also how amazing it is that you can Afterpay this product in Australia! (P.s. people reading this and wondering about sizes, I chose the Model 2 Juju cup, even though I am 26 years old because I have delivered 1 baby via cesarean and I have a heavy flow- its perfect).

I have my life back!

My husband and I are trying for our first child. Unfortunately, when I’m off contraception I have very heavy periods. The type where I have to change out every hour or less for the first two to three days. If it’s the weekend I don’t leave the house, if it’s a work day I have called in sick or spend the entire day worrying about leaking and running to the toilet between meetings. Overnight I couldn’t even get from the bed to the toilet without blood running down out of my tampon AND pad AND period pants and onto the carpet. I slept on a towel. I’m sure you’ve got the picture. Unfortunately, we have suffered two miscarriages this year. The thought of more periods without contraception was making me so anxious and stressed. Enter the JuJu cup. I had purchased this before we were trying for a baby but fell pregnant before I got to try it. This is my first period where I have tried it. AND THANK YOU!!! I HAVE MY LIFE BACK! I have gone the first three days with only using three disposable pads. Normally I would have been through close to a pack of tampons and many pads. I’ve combined the cup with Modi Bodi period pants. I have been able to go to work all day without any incidents. I’m not stressed about leaks or staining my work chair! I’m still working out the best way to insert and remove, but this will definitely be my new norm when it comes to periods. Thank you!

I am absolutely in love!

I bought a JuJu a couple of weeks ago and I am absolutely in love! It is my first menstrual cup and I'm pretty sure that there is no coming back to tampons. Thank you!
