Amazing but consider model number

I have a model 4. I really like it! Very pleasantly surprised with how well it works. I do not have a very heavy flow so I thought it might not have any blood to collect and everything would just kind of sit there. Sometimes if I put it in after my period has started I get blood coming out on my underwear, I guess because it was already below the cup. Other than when that happens, it feels very clean and works well! My critique: it is SO painful to take out. Putting in isn't great, I squish the sides together and it's bearable, but on the way out you cannot close the sides and it hurts a lot. This may be because I have the model 4, it's lower and wider, it also may get better over time as it softens a bit. I hope it does! I chose the model 4 because I have a super low cervix, and glad I did because I don't think the other would stay in as well, but if you are young or naturally tighter consider or maybe even email Juju before chosing model 4. I'm a personal trainer and it works well training and moving around all day. Tampons freak me out/are such a waste so I'm very happy with this product. I really hope it's less painful after more use, if it didn't hurt it would be 5/5 stars!

Not exactly “plug n play”

I originally bought the size 2 because I’m over 30, though I haven’t given birth. I found it uncomfortable and awkward to insert. After reading troubleshooting I decided to try size 1. This works MUCH better for my body, particularly when I trimmed the stem. I haven’t been able to completely give up pads and tampons yet, but getting there. Overall, I recommend this product.

Juju menstrual cup model 1

I've recently started using a Juju cup model 1 and it's life-changing! I have a super heavy flow so I wasn't sure how I'd cope with changing the cup frequently when I wasn't at home, but it's actually super easy and I feel so free now that I don't have to carry stashes of tampons everywhere or have to worry about disposal (Hint ladies, just wipe it out with toilet paper when you're in public and wash it when you get home). The first time I tried it I struggled with removal but figured it out and got the hang of it immediately after that. Highly, highly recommended!

Give it a whirl, girl!

I had been wanting to give a menstrual cup a go for a while for a number of reasons. Cost effectiveness, to be more environmentally friendly, convenience of needing to change less etc to name a few. I put it off and off and having now had a few periods were I have solely used the juju, I’m disappointed in myself that I didn’t convert sooner! Yes it takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so simple and easy to manage life now when I do have my period. My tips for anyone new to starting using a cup would be to read up on the info (particularly for different techniques to insert the cup before you use it fo the first time) so you can troubleshoot when you are trying to get it in for the first go. I also found I easier to put it in in the shower for the first time too. If anyone out there is reading this and is a bit sceptical, give it a whirl, girl!

Life Changing!

I love this product! I purchased the Model 3 for a high cervix and have been using it for a few months now. I am also over 30 with no kids. This is my first menstrual cup so it took a little while to feel comfortable putting it in and taking it out. But once inside it was very comfortable. I have heavy flows the first couple of days but significantly decreases thereafter. The juju kept its shape with little shifting and no leakage. It cleans easily and is very well made. I even chose to purchase this directly from Australia instead of Amazon to be shipped to the US to make sure I was getting the best product. Although slightly more expensive this way, well worth it for the peace of mind. I wish there were stores in the US, so all the ladies could have better access to this product. Absolutely fantastic - thank you JuJu!

Great product, great company, great customer service.

Firstly yay for being an Australian company. Secondly amazing products. I love using my Juju menstrual cup. At first I didn't have a clue how to use it, and I was having so many issues. However I sent JuJu a lengthy email asking for advice, and their customer service and response was absolutely outstanding. So helpful, going above and beyond to help me. I really recommend this product and company. 10/10 all round. Well done JuJu!

Converted most of my friends now too!

What a wonderful product. It took a couple of periods to get used to using a menstrual cup but I haven't looked back. It really is easier, cheaper, better for the environment and the list goes on. No more looking for a bin to put your sanitary items in when going to friends' houses as you only need to change in the morning and night. Most of my friends have converted now too. I wish I swapped sooner! I use Modibodi as back up on heavy days but don't generally need them.
