Why use a menstrual cup?
A Vaginal Cup Knows Your Body Better Than A Tampon
The Juju Menstrual cup line has been crafted with a whole lot of care. We put comfort, health, and functionality first while creating our cups. The cervix menstrual cup can be worn overnight, and usually lasts 2-3 times longer than a pad/tampon (up to 8 hours in fact!). It's great to swim, run, work, exercise, and basically do anything life throws at you with ease.

The good news is that when the vaginal cup is properly inserted and you are changing it out every 8 hours or so, the cup should not leak. However, if it does, it is most probably because your cup has not opened up properly. You can try rotating the cup once it is inside to make sure it’s opened up properly. If there is still a problem, you might have to choose the right sanitary cup for your body, age and cervix positioning.

Not really! If you are a new user, it might take a couple of tries for you to get the hang of taking out your cup smoothly (we recommend being at home the first couple of times you insert/take out your cup). The cup should hold an entire work day’s worth of period blood. Once you’re used to it, you can easily pour out in the toilet and rinse before you reinsert.

Yes, JuJu's soft menstrual cup has no strings, no wings and no leaks, making it perfect for people with an active lifestyle who enjoy sports such as running, cycling, swimming, pilates and yoga

Nope! That’s impossible. Your vaginal walls create a vacuum with the period cup, so sometimes it feels hard to pull out, but just remember to relax your body, angle your body, or try putting one leg up on the toilet/stool while taking it out.
